The Mother Of All Sandwiches

Growing up, while everyone in the cafeteria had their Lunchables and/or sliced-bread sandwiches, I was that child with the lunch everyone remarked, "Eww, what is that?" BUT let me tell you something: there is nothing like a good Prosciutto di Parma and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich, lightly toasted on crusty Italian bread, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and some fresh Basil. I spent many a day on the Jersey Shore with my mom and dad eating exactly this with some Tremoços and water while watching the sea over the summers:)

Ingredients
Prosciutto
Fresh Mozzarella (the wet kind)

Your Favorite Bread, can be toasted or not

Salt and pepper to taste (not too much salt because the prosciutto is LOADED with it)
Basil
Olive Oil
